Let’s take a trip around the world! Celebrate cultures and people from across the globe by exploring a variety of traditions and how they are preserved. Each month will feature a different heritage community, children’s book, and applicable craft. In May, we’ll focus on Asian American & Pacific Islander heritage. We will be reading ‘Ohana Means Family by Ilima Loomis with illustrations by Kenard Pak, and we’ll be making cherry blossom windsocks.
