1926, 1948-49 Neoclassical brick and limestone bank. One of the bank’s
directors, T. Howard Duckett, a local attorney and businessman, helped form
the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission in 1918 and The
Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission in 1927.
